Project objective: The project provides intensive, application-oriented laboratory training in a European academic environment, enabling participants to apply and disseminate acquired skills at their home institutions, thereby supporting long-term environmental recovery and sustainable development in the region. By combining practical training, cooperation, and knowledge dissemination, the project develops a new generation of specialists capable of advancing environmental protection and sustainable development in the Visegrad region and Ukraine, producing tangible benefits for local communities and society as a whole.

An inception (kick-off) seminar in Opole, organized by the University of Opole (Poland) as the coordinating institution. Participation of partner institutions: University of Prešov (Slovakia), Charles University (Czech Republic), Mendel University in Brno (Czech Republic), and D.K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine).
Intensive Laboratory Course in Opole, Poland

A one-week intensive laboratory course, hosted by the University of Opole (Poland). Participation of students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and senior scientists from partner institutions.
