IEUK FF PU v spolupráci so Spoločnosťou pre estetiku na Slovensku organizuje workshop New Media Arts.

Workshop sa uskutočnil 7. mája 2019 v priestoroch IEUK FF PU.

Anotácia workshopu (ENG): The workshop questions how the new media transform the arts in the last decades and which kind of new aesthetic forms and artistic genres are being continuously created by new technologies. The first session: short historical background on the effects of the media on the arts and discussion about some examples, especially from the early 1900s and later from 1960s and 1970s. The second session will deal with the art created with new technologies or so-called generative arts from the last two decades.

Workshop is a result of a project KEGA No. 016PU-4/2018 1- Compendium Aestheticae: textbook edition for the aesthetics study programme.
