Literary criticism, with focus on 

  • contemporary French and Quebec fiction
  • contemporary literature written in French
  • literary theory

Linguistics, with focus on

  • comparative approach to selected linguistic phenomena
  • lexicological differences between the French spoken in France and Quebec

Translation studies, with focus on

  • literary and non-literary translation (technical, legal, administrative, general, business, etc.)
  • reception theory
  • translation criticism
  • interpreting

Classical studies with focus on

  • Greek Patristic literature.
