International Cooperation at the Faculty of Arts, University of Prešov
The Faculty of Arts actively fosters a dynamic and wide-reaching network of international academic and scientific collaborations. Over the years, we have built strong partnerships with prestigious universities not only in neighbouring countries, but also across Europe and beyond.

Academic Mobility & International Projects
Our faculty members are deeply engaged in a wide range of international academic activities:
participation in international research projects and grant schemes,
regular presentations at scientific conferences and expert seminars across Europe, Asia, and North America,
publication of research in renowned international journals,
membership in international academic organizations, editorial boards, and scientific committees.
Staff and students benefit from individual scholarships and fellowships, and frequently receive invitations from foreign institutions and Slovak diplomatic missions abroad.
Student and Staff Exchanges
Thanks to bilateral agreements and participation in international programmes such as Erasmus+, our faculty supports:
student mobility for semester-long and short-term study stays abroad,
teaching and training mobilities for academic and administrative staff,
and incoming mobility of international students and scholars.
Each year, the number of outgoing and incoming mobilities continues to grow, contributing to a more globally connected academic environment.
Visiting Scholars & Institutional Cooperation
We regularly host visiting lecturers and researchers from countries such as France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Spain, the UK, and the USA.
