Jaroslav Kušnír is currently on an international exchange visit at the University of Hawaii in West Oahu, USA until the beginning of the semester.  This is an Erasmus program focused on teaching, training, class observation and development of international cooperation between the European Union and non-European Union countries. In Hawaii, he has a unique opportunity not only to compare and modify syllabi in American, Australian and British literature and literary theories, but also to gain a deeper insight into Hawaiian literature and indigenous cultures, and all this experience and knowledge will be used to modify his syllabi in American literature, literary theories, British and Australian literature. In addition, this is a unique opportunity to improve his teaching and research strategies.
