Erasmus+ (incoming students)

If you are a student of French literature, culture and linguistics, you might be interested in spending an ERASMUS study stay at the Institute of Romance Studies of the University of Prešov, located in the eastern part of Slovakia. The Institute of Romance Studies has long-standing cooperation with renowned universities in the Czech Republic, Hungary and France. In the past, it welcomed international students from France, Turkey and other European countries. Its members offer courses in French and in Slovak on a variety of subjects. The complete list of courses offered to ERASMUS students can be found below.

If you are in your last year of Bachelor's or Master's degree, the staff of the Institute of Romance Studies can open a special course to help you refine your research, especially if they share your research interests. The course will consist of regular discussions on your research topic and the number of ECTS credits will be adapted to your needs. The course will be validated after you submit to your mentor a part (one or two chapters) of your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis.
