At the ceremonial meeting of the academic community of University of Prešov (April 26, 2022), medals on Teachers' Day for 2021 were awarded to the following members of our department:

• Associate professor Ing. Sylvia Jenčová, PhD. – for a significant contribution to the science and education of the University of Prešov (gold medal)
• Professor Ing. Štefan Lyócsa, PhD. – for a significant contribution to the science and education of the University of Prešov (silver medal)
