Daniela Bertová graduated with her Master's degree from Economics and Business Management, specializing in Personnel Management at FMB UP. In 2011, she completed doctoral studies in the field of management in tertiaty sphere at the Faculty of Management in the University of Prešov and received the scientific-academic degree of Philosophiae doctor (PhD.). He currently works as an assistant professor at the Department of Management at FMB of UP and ensures the teaching of subjects like: Management, Stimulation and creation of remuneration systems, Personnel agenda and Standards of Human Resources Management (HRM). In her scientific research work, she primarily focuses on research in the field of human resources management (HRM) with a focus on remuneration practices and concepts of creating total rewards, intellectual capital and the areas of personnel agenda creation. She is the author and co-author of several scientific papers (registered in WOS, ProQuest, Scopus databases), university textbooks, scientific monographs, as well as the researcher of several scientific research projects and grants.
