Title PaedDr. she received her PhD in 2000. in 2007 at the PF PU in Prešov. She was awarded the scientific-pedagogical title of docent on January 14, 2015 at the FM PU in Prešov. Since 2006, she worked externally at the Faculty of Management of the PU in Prešov, at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. From 2008 to 2014, she worked as an assistant professor and from 2015 as a docent at the FM PU in Prešov. On August 1, 2011, she was appointed to the position of head of the Department of Managerial Psychology at the FM PU in Prešov, which she currently holds at the KMP FMEO PU in Prešov.

As part of his teaching activities, he teaches the following subjects: Organizational behavior, Coaching, Coaching in business management, Social psychology, Coping with difficult situations in human resource management, Coping with difficult situations in business, Business psychology and business behavior, Methodology and methods of social research, Business behavior.

So far, she has been the supervisor of 47 bachelor's theses, 85 diploma theses, and 8 dissertations. She is an annual member of the commission for state final bachelor's exams and state final master's exams. She was the leader of 6 research projects, the representative of 9 research projects and the successful solver of 3 research projects.
