He studied psychology at the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Prešov in Prešov. PhD degree. received in 2013 and during his doctoral studies he was the researcher of the APVV project no. LPP-0099-09. As part of the project, he researched the field of dynamic testing of latent learning potential. Based on several years of research, in 2014 he published a study in a foreign peer-reviewed scientific journal entitled Dynamic testing of latent learning abilities: modification and verification of the grading of provided feedback.
Since 2012, he has been working as an external teacher at the Department of Sports Education and Humanities, where he teaches and conducts research in the Psychology of Sport.
Since 2013, he has been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Managerial Psychology of the Faculty of Management, PU in Prešov. Where he researches issues of environmental psychology and teaches subjects: Methodology and methods of social research, Organizational behavior, General psychology, Business psychology.
