Anna Tomková works at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Business of the University of Prešov in Prešov as a scientific, research and pedagogical worker. As part of her work, she has long been dedicated to the field of social psychology, business psychology and business behavior, focusing on how the influence of other people, norms, culture affects the thoughts, feelings and behavior of an individual, within their communication, social perception and mutual interaction. An important part of her research is also the area of attention as an important part of the personal development of an individual, the processes of managing and controlling oneself and one's thought processes. She publishes the results of her research in domestic and foreign professional journals and presents them at scientific conferences. She was a co-investigator and representative of several successful scientific research projects and grants, focused mainly on the area of interpersonal skills development.
