The Head of the Department of Managerial Psychology, Assoc. Prof. Zuzana Birknerová, PaedDr., PhD., MBA, KcS., together with Assoc. Prof. Lucia Zbihlejová, PhD. from the Department of Intercultural Communication, represented the faculty at the 11th International Conference on Social Science Methodology (11ICSSM – RC33), held on September 22–25, 2025, in Naples, Italy.

The conference brought together experts in the field of social science methodology and provided a platform for presenting innovative research approaches, discussing new trends, and fostering international collaboration. The participation of our colleagues represents an important step towards strengthening interdisciplinary dialogue and enhancing the visibility of the faculty’s research activities on the European academic scene.
