Department of Technical Disciplines in Health Care
The Department of Medical-Technical Disciplines ensures the educational process in the accredited study programme Radiology Technician and Laboratory Investigation Methods in Healthcare in order to prepare students with professional competence for the profession. Radiology technician and medical laboratory technician are among the regulated professions, i.e. the diploma that the graduate acquires after graduation is fully accepted in the European Union countries and gives him the opportunity to be employed in the European labour market area. The training programme for radiology technicians and medical laboratory technicians implemented at the Faculty of Physical Therapy PU meets the strict criteria and standards of the EU, the accreditation conditions of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, thus providing its graduates with a unique opportunity for employment.
I. It provides bachelor studies in the study programme Laboratory Investigation Methods in Health Care, carried out in the full-time form of study and in the part-time form of study.
II. Provides bachelor studies in the study programme Radiological Technology, carried out in the form of full-time study and part-time study.
