doc. Mgr. Lucia Zbihlejová, PhD.
Doc. Mgr. Lucia Zbihlejová, PhD. is an associate professor at the Faculty of Management and Business of the University of Prešov in Prešov, Slovakia where, as a member of the Department of Intercultural Communication, she devotes herself to the studies and research on managerial skills and competences in connection with the linguistic and cultural aspects of managerial work. As a British and American Studies graduate, she also teaches English for Tourism and Business English. Her science and research activities and publication outputs are aimed primarily at the stress coping strategies and leadership styles, particularly in the context of managerial work. She is a team member in the scientific research grant projects (VEGA and KEGA), results of which she actively presents at domestic and foreign scientific conferences (2016-2022: Dubai, Rome, Oxford, Moscow, Budapest, Lisbon, Nice, Athens). Her research outputs are published in scientific monographs, scientific journals and other publications listed and indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and Current Contents.
