Mgr. Stela Kolesárová, PhD.
She works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Management and Business of Prešov University in Prešov at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. She received her doctoral degree in 2021 from Prešov University in Prešov at the Faculty of Management and Business. During her doctoral studies, she completed two foreign internships in the USA, in 2018 and 2019 at ISS Machinery Services in Hackensack, New Jersey. The portfolio of her research has long included the issue of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in EU countries. Currently, her scientific activity focuses primarily on the issue of current trends in mergers and acquisitions in the tourism industry.
