On April 25, 2024, a final conference was held at the Faculty of Management and Business within the grant BIN 02_2021_024 for the improvement of acoustic properties of mobile noise barriers and ecological use of waste generated during their production, which received a grant from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in the amount of 1,197,226 euros through EEA Grants. The project is co-funded from the state budget of the Slovak Republic in the amount of 15%.

The conference was attended by members of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Mathematical Methods, members of the Faculty of Management and Business, representatives of BAMIDA, s.r.o., members of the Prešov Self-Governing Region, local government and self-government, and selected guests.
