The Asia-Pacific Association for Education APAIE 2025 Annual Conference and International Education Fair was held in Delhi, India, from 24 to 28 March. The main topic of this year´s conference is "Cultivating Global Citizens for the Future: The Higher Education Imperative in the Asia Pacific and Beyond"

Slovakia's national booth is once again represented at APAIE this year. The University of Presov is represented by the Vice-Rector for Foreign and External Relations, Mária Kardis.

The fair is an ideal venue for many face-to-face meetings with potential partners from Asia and Pacific countries regarding possible bilateral cooperation with PU in the fields of student exchange programmes, dual degree programmes, teacher mobility, and cooperation in several areas of research projects.

The accompanying workshops and seminars are in turn thematically focused on presenting the opportunities and challenges of cooperation and on sharing experiences of the sustainable impact of partnerships in the region. PU's participation in this event not only makes it more visible in the wider international arena, but the possible cooperation opens up further opportunities for increasing its level of internationalisation.
