The aim of education in the bachelor's degree study programme Management is to acquire relevant professional knowledge in the field of economics and management, to acquire and adequately use methods in the subject area, to acquire the ability to conceptually solve elementary and advanced problems in the field in the dynamic development of knowledge and to present the results. The objectives of the study programme are the link between the needs of the labour market, practice and prospective employers of graduates; the qualifications and the direction of the faculty. Within the framework of the bachelor management study programme, the emphasis is mainly on cognitive goals and affective goals, on factual, conceptual and procedural knowledge in the corresponding cognitive dimensions. The graduate of the Bachelor's degree study programme in Management possesses professional and methodological knowledge, skills and competences in the field of economics and management, which create a prerequisite for his/her sectoral specialization and in connection with the specific requirements of practice and the labour market. In the domestic and European labour market, the graduate finds employment in positions in several sectors of the economy, self-government, state administration, administration, and human resources.
