He graduated from bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management, Economics, and Trade of the University of Prešov in the Management study program. For his well-processed thesis, he was awarded the Rector's Prize of PU, previously the Dean's Prize of the Faculty of Management, Economics, and Trade (FMEO). Currently, he works as a research scientist at the Department of Managerial Psychology at FMEO PU. He is involved in teaching the subjects of Coaching, Coaching in Business Management, and similar subjects. His primary focus is on the Neuromarketing Laboratory at FMEO, where he is creating a new sphere of scientific research through quantitative and qualitative studies. He has participated in projects such as VEGA, KEGA, GAMA, GaPU, where he served as a leader or participant. He has completed courses and workshops focused on coaching and coaching tools. He maintains contacts with leading suppliers of technology for neuromarketing laboratories and neuromarketing research.
