She graduated in engineering at the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University in Košice. In 2016, she successfully completed her internal doctoral studies in the field of "Management" at the Faculty of Management of the University of Prešov in Prešov. Currently, she works as an assistant professor at the Department of Managerial Psychology of the Faculty of Management, and at the same time the secretary of the department. As part of his teaching activities, he teaches the subjects Methodology and Business Psychology. In his scientific and research activities, he deals with the issue of business psychology. As a co-investigator, she collaborated and is collaborating on several successful scientific research projects and grants.
