For the production of a student card, it is necessary to provide the Center for Computing Technology of the University of Prešov (CVT PU) with your current photo. The photo must be uploaded electronically via the web in the electronic application of the MAIS system . Every applicant who submitted a paper or electronic application to the university can upload a photo.

The applicant uploads the photo to the MAIS - Electronic application system as follows:

• An applicant who submitted an electronic application for study through MAIS - Electronic application , logs into the system with the same login data that was sent to him when registering the electronic application and uploads his current photo.

• An applicant who sent only a paper application for study or an applicant who entered an electronic application for study through the PrihlaskaVS.sk portal registers in the MAIS - Electronic Application system by entering his 3 personal data: birth number, first name and last name . No other data is entered. Subsequently, the system will send the generated access data necessary for logging in to the email entered in the paper application.

Photo requirements for the production of a license:

• minimum required dimensions are 300x360 pixels,
• the maximum size of the uploaded photo is up to 5 MB,
• the face (the distance between the chin and the top of the head) must be in the range of 70-80% of the height of the photograph,
• the recommended format is JPG type, color photo.

Note: If you try to upload a file larger than 5 MB, the operation will not be completed and the entire photo upload process must be repeated.

After completing the registration, it is more appropriate to upload the photo directly to your profile in MAIS.

All uploaded photos are further processed only after completing the administrative registration. If the applicant uploads an unsatisfactory (inappropriate) photo to the MAIS - Electronic application system, the photo will not be used for the production of the card, but the applicant will be contacted by email and dealt with separately.

All cards will be produced only after administrative registration, information about the issuance and already produced cards will be published on the website www.unipo.sk/karta .
The cards will be produced by the beginning of the academic year at the latest, the student can pick them up later during office hours at CVT PU, Card Administration, no. m. 39, University campus, Ul. 17 November no. 1, Prešov.
