IDM Portal - Identity Management
he original identity management system (IDM), through which you entered your name and password when logging in to MAIS, the eduroam WiFi network and the Internet at ŠD, has been replaced by a new one. From September 15, 2021 , access is only possible via the new access data you received by email.
Microsoft 365 - login with a new password
To log in to Microsoft 365, you use the same password as for the IDM portal and connected systems (MAIS, WiFi network eduroam, internet on ŠD). Users who have a problem with accepting the password to Microsoft 365 (university email / Teams), we recommend changing the password again through the IDM portal (it is possible to enter the same password).
Microsoft 365 - about znam for students
You can find information about creating your university email after logging in to MAIS and clicking on Profile . The format of the email is usually meno.priezvisko@smail.unipo.sk. An email box will be created for 1st year students at the beginning of September. If the email address "@smail.unipo.sk" is not yet listed there, the mailbox has not yet been created. The password for the e-mail box is the same as for MAIS.
The account is valid for the duration of the study period. After graduation, the account will be canceled.

The implemented solution provides the following functionality:

The IDM portal provides a self-service password service (users can change and renew their passwords themselves) and other tools that allow users to manage information related to their own identity.
