MAIS-EZP PU provides complete support for the processing of the agenda for final theses in the MAIS system, including the insertion of documents related to the final thesis and direct communication with the Central Register of Final Theses (CRZP).

In the STUDENT interface, the student can upload the main document, the necessary attachments to his final thesis and set the license for the final thesis. The system checks the completion of mandatory data, which are necessary for the work to be marked as "submitted" and then marked by the trainer for export to CRZP.

The pedagogue (trainer, consultant, opponent) has the possibility to check the documents and attachments to the given final thesis uploaded by the student in the TEACHER interface. Subsequently, he has the option to confirm that the final work has been sent to CRZP for originality control, or to return the work to the student for finishing. After checking the originality, he has the option to upload a review of the given work.
