Career advisor:

- helps students get to know themselves – identifies their abilities, interests, values, and personal strengths
- develops students' ability to adapt to the transition from secondary school to university
- supports decision-making about future directions – guides students in choosing a university, or future career
- supports career choice and individual career direction
- supports self-confidence and personal development – helps students see their potential and foster it
- coordinates support so that students have the best conditions for their development.

Activities we plan to implement:

• providing individual consultations for students focused on studying and choosing a suitable study programme
• counselling on writing a resume (CV) and cover letter, job applications, how to prepare for a job interview or audition, how to find a part-time job or work
• developing communication skills and self-presentation
• organizing webinars and workshops focused on acquisition of skills necessary for successful employment in the labour market
