The Rectorate consists of offices, departments, sections, centres and other units, which are divided as follows:

1.1. The Rector's Office consists of:

a.  Rector's Secretariat, 
b.  Personnel and Legal Department,
c.  Department of Control, Personal Data Protection and Civil Protection,
d.  Archive of the University of Presov.

1.2. The Vice-Rectors' Departments consist of:

a.  Department of Education,
b.  Department of Science, Art, Sport and Accreditation,
c.  Department of Development, Information Technologies and Quality Assurance,
d.  Department of International Relations,
e.  Department for Strategy and Marketing.

         1.3. The Bursars' Office consists of:

a.  Bursar's Secretariat,
b.  Economy Department,
c.  Technical and Operational Department,
d.  Public Procurement Department, 
e.  Department of Investment Construction and Renovations.
