BY TRAIN

Travel by train suits those who prefer trains and the comfort they provide. The disadvantage of train travel is that one must change trains in Vienna.

Departures:
A Railjet train connecting Vienna Airport (Flughafen Wien) and Vienna Main Railway Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) in about 15 minutes departs every 30 minutes from Vienna Airport.
At Wien Hauptbahnhof, one must change trains for the REX 8 train to Bratislava hl. st., which depart hourly and take about 50 minutes to arrive. The tickets can be purchased at https://www.oebb.at/en/
