Partner universities interested in establishing a new Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) with the University of Prešov (UNIPO) should follow the process outlined below.

1. Initial Contact

If your institution wishes to create a new Erasmus+ IIA with UNIPO, please contact the International Relations Office (IRO) at erasmus@unipo.sk to discuss the proposed cooperation and study/teaching areas.
After receiving your request, the IRO will contact the respective faculty’s Vice-Dean for International Relations to seek their approval. The process will continue once the faculty confirms its interest in the cooperation.

2. Agreement Format

UNIPO uses the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) Dashboard for managing Erasmus+ IIAs.
The procedure depends on whether your institution is connected to EWP:

A) If your institution is connected to EWP
After initial communication with the IRO and faculty approval, please create a draft of the IIA within the EWP system. The draft will then be reviewed and processed by UNIPO through the EWP Dashboard.

B) If your institution is not yet connected to EWP or experiences technical/connectivity issues, the IIA can still be prepared and signed in paper format.

KA171 Agreements

Please note that all Erasmus+ KA171 Inter-Institutional Agreements are currently signed in paper version only.
