The department ensures the creation of strategies for the management of personnel resources with a diverse qualification and professional structure of employees. It performs conceptual, analytical and systemic activities in decision-making in the field of personnel and social policy of the university. It comprehensively provides personnel administration for all employees of the Rectorate from the beginning through changes to the termination of employment-legal relations, ensures the registration and management of personal data of employees. The department provides the documents for decisions on the selection, acceptance, functional and salary classification, reassignment or dismissal of employees. It also participates in the creation of the organizational and management structure of the university. The department implements the policy of employment, employee motivation and participates in increasing the professional qualifications of employees. At the same time, the department manages the professional specialized legal agenda of all university faculties, centres and other units. It provides a comprehensive legal agenda, prepares court proposals and specific contracts in all branches of law, ensures the execution of decisions, submits all forms of remedial measures. The department represents the university to the extent delegated by the Rector in legal matters at all levels of courts, in matters with state administration bodies and law enforcement authorities. In the field of legislative activity, the department participates in the development of the basic internal regulations of the university, university faculties, centres and other units, keeps a summary record of all contracts concluded by the university, performs all activities related to the issuance, publication and maintenance of a complete record of the university's internal regulations.
