Work & Travel Croatia 2026, organized by Adriatic Talent, offers a unique opportunity for EU students to gain hands-on work experience in tourism and hospitality directly in Croatia.
What Is Work & Travel Croatia?
Work & Travel Croatia is a summer work program (June – September 2026) that allows students to:
- work legally in hotels, restaurants, and resorts,
- meet people and experience cultures from all over Europe,
- gain valuable practical experience in an international environment,
- combine work with traveling along the Croatian coast and islands.
The program takes place in attractive destinations such as Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Zadar, Istria, and dozens of other islands across Croatia.
Available Positions
Students can be placed in various roles, including:
- Waiter / Waitress, Barista, Bartender
- Front Desk Agent, Concierge, Host / Hostess
- Hotel or Resort Support Staff
- Resort Assistant, Beach Club Staff, and other tourism-related positions
Placement depends on language skills, such as English, German, Italian, French, Croatian, or other languages.
What Can You Look Forward To?

Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students
- EU / EEA citizens (no work permit required)
- Available from June to September 2026
