- the competition is intended for innovations, technical solutions and their originators as well as initiatives with a beneficial impact in the field of technology transfer in Slovakia originating exclusively from Slovak public universities, the Slovak Academy of Sciences and departmental research institutes

it is possible to nominate the results of research and development (according to categories) to the competition, the creation of which was reported to the employer in the period 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022

nominations for the competition can be reported by:
- individuals from the ranks of researchers of public research institutions
- technology transfer centers (or a similar workplace within the institution responsible for the protection and transfer of intellectual property into practice)
- Technology Transfer Center at CVTI SR (CTT CVTI SR)
- we are accepting nominations until August 31, 2022
- reporting takes place electronically using the form published on the NPTT portal , by sending it to the relevant CTT, or directly to the declarant at the e-mail address sutaztt@cvtisr.sk (the size of the e-mail sent must not exceed 5 MB)

The summary of the most important information about the currently ongoing 9th year of the competition is as follows:
- the competition is intended for innovations, technical solutions and their originators as well as initiatives with a beneficial impact in the field of technology transfer in Slovakia originating exclusively from Slovak public universities, the Slovak Academy of Sciences and departmental research institutes
- competes in three categories:
- Innovation
- Innovator
o Action in the field of technology transfer
- it is possible to nominate for the competition the results of research and development (according to categories), the creation of which was reported to the employer in the period 01/07/2020 - 30/06/2021
- nominations for the competition can be reported by:
o individuals from the ranks of researchers of public research institutions
o technology transfer centers (or a similar workplace within the institution responsible for the protection and transfer of intellectual property into practice)
o Technology Transfer Center at CVTI SR (CTT CVTI SR)
- we accept nominations until August 31, 2021

Konferencia Cooperation Innovation Technology Transfer 2020
On October 19-21, the new format of the professional conference with international participation, Cooperation Innovation Technology Transfer 2020, will take place for the first time in Bratislava. Technology transfer, intellectual property, innovation and business support will be discussed.
"We are very happy that we managed to introduce a new format of the event, which connects the original conference firmly established within the academic community Transfer of technologies in Slovakia and abroad with new topics such as innovation and business support," says Miroslav Kubiš, head of the Department of technology transfer of the Center for Scientific and Technical Information of the Slovak Republic (CVTI SR) and adds: "We believe that the topics of the event will appeal to entrepreneurs, representatives of corporations and supporters of innovation. In this way, we will be able to direct their attention to the academic community. The event team will create a place where both worlds – academic and commercial – meet. The conference can thus become an accelerator of technology transfer."
The event will have three parts: a conference, a social evening and a matchmaking activity - Science for practice. The conference part will be devoted to: technology transfer (Technology transfer stage), innovations (Innovation stage), startups (Startup stage). Special space will be given to on-site consultations in the Consultancy stage. The creative workshop FabLab (CVTI SR) and Creative Point (SBA) will be presented within the exhibition area (Expo stage). All spaces will be functional during both days of the conference. As part of the program, the chairman of SAV Pavol Šajgalík and František Simančík, member of the SAV Presidency, will also speak as speakers.
Part of the social evening will be the awarding ceremony of the 2020 Technology Transfer Award in Slovakia and the 2019 Innovative Act of the Year Award from the Minister of Economy .
