From September 22 to 26, 2025, the University of Prešov held a welcome week for international students.

The university welcomed foreign students who came here to study English-language study programs, as well as foreign students who came here to study through the Erasmus+ and National Scholarship programs.

During these days, a rich program awaited them in the form of an introductory meeting, a tour of the university campus, an excursion around the city of Prešov, a pub quiz, a trip to the opal mines, and many other interesting activities. The activities were prepared by International Relation Office and volunteers from the ESN Prešov university section.

We warmly welcome the students and believe that they will take home new knowledge, experiences, and wonderful memories from Slovakia and our university.
