The University of Prešov is once again joining the EU Careers Student Ambassadors programme for the 2026/2027 academic year. We are looking for a student who will represent our university throughout the year and promote career opportunities within the institutions of the European Union.

The selection process takes place from
9 February – 18 March 2026,
and during this period students can apply for the ambassador position.

What does an EU Careers Student Ambassador do?

• Promotes EU career opportunities among students.
• Organises workshops, presentations, and information activities.
• Cooperates with the EU Careers team and international students.
• Gains valuable experience in communication, marketing, and international environments.

The position is voluntary.

Who can apply?

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Citizenship of an EU Member State,
• Fluent knowledge of English and Slovak,
• Student status at the University of Prešov for the entire 2026/2027 academic year,
• Motivation and ability to actively participate in activities throughout the year,
• Good time management skills.

By 18 March 2026, please complete the following forms:

And attach:

• a structured CV,
• a motivation letter (in Slovak or English),
• a short statement about your motivation and ideas for ambassador activities.

The University of Prešov will select its nominee (and possibly one substitute) by 31 March 2026.
