Open Call: Q-Helix International Thematic School on Smart City Development
Are you interested in smart cities, digital innovation and sustainable urban development?
Applications are now open for the Q-Helix International Thematic School on Smart City Development: Digital Innovation, Sustainable Urban Planning and Citizen-Centred Governance, hosted by Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM - Public International Business College Mitrovica), Kosovo. The school will take place in Mitrovica and Prishtina from 26–30 October 2026.

✔ Sustainable urban planning and mobility
✔ Digital governance and citizen engagement
✔ Urban innovation and environmental sustainability
✔ Field visits and meetings with local stakeholders
✔ International teamwork on real urban challenges in Kosovo
✔ Certificate of Competences upon completion
🌍 Who can apply?
Students from Q-Helix Alliance universities representing fields such as:
• Urban Studies & Urban Planning
• Public Administration
• Management & Economics
• Architecture & Civil Engineering
• Environmental Sciences & Sustainability
• IT, Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence
• Social Sciences, Law and related disciplines.
✈️ 10 funded mobility places are available for students from Q-Helix universities outside IBCM. Travel, accommodation and subsistence support may be provided under the project rules.
