Before sending your official application form, your home university has to nominate you by an ►ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE

  Email nominations are no longer accepted!

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

Before getting a letter of acceptance, you will be required to SUBMIT the following documents:

• The application will be opened only for nominated students on the first day of the application period! The questionnaire will be sent to the student´s email provided in the nomination form!
• English language proficiency report OR English language certificate
• OLA (Online Learning Agreement), needs to be filled and approved by all coordinators

PLEASE NOTE!

In OLA, the responsible person who is supposed to sign the student´s Learning Agreement is the ►departmental/faculty coordinator. Therefore, all questions regarding courses and timetable need to be addressed to them!

ACCOMMODATION:

• each student has a guaranteed accommodation if they indicate it in the application form
• the IRO team of the University of Prešov books the room for the student so there is no additional process needed to be done by the student
• before the arrival of the student (after they have indicated the date and time of their arrival) the keys from the student´s room will be at the reception of the dormitory and once the student provides the receptionst with a valid ID or passport they are given the keys and shown to their room

The dormitory is divided into 2 blocks - A & B. 

Each block has a number of small apartment-like units that include:

• 2 double rooms (for 4 students total) - 2 beds, 2 workspace areas (chair, table and bookshelves), closet space for 2 people, small fridge
• bathroom
• hall that connects the rooms with the bathroom and has additional wardrobe space for all 4 students

There is one shared kitchen at every floor in each block. The kitchen for Erasmus+ students has a washing machine and dryer which is included in the monthly rent. 

The rent:

• 140€/month per person
• first rent - 190€ (50€ non-refundable fee for wi-fi and utilities) - to be paid after arrival of the student by bank transfer
