Troubleshooting

1. If you have forgotten your MAIS password and you have an email contact listed in the IDM portal, first use the option to change your password via the IDM user portal - Forgotten password . 

2. 3. To verify your login name, first contact your local faculty administrator - List of local faculty administrators.

4. In case of problems when working with MAIS, contact the local administrator of your faculty for MAIS .

5. When communicating with the administrator, in addition to the description of the problem, do not forget to include contact information:
faculty, first name, last name, date of birth (do not include social security number or password in e-mails), login name (which you entered when logging in).

6. Technical support can also be provided through the Microsoft Teams application during office hours.
