The department comprehensively ensures placing of orders for the supply of goods, for the implementation of construction works and for the provision of services. It also prepares tender documents including contractual conditions related to public procurement, ensures communication between the public procurement authority and the Public Procurement Office. The department also prepares public procurement notices, calls for tenders, provides documents for publication of calls on the university website. It processes and publishes notices and reports accesible on the Office for Public Procurement website. The department ensures the submission of orders for the supply of goods, the provision of services and the implementation of construction works through an electronic platform. It also publishes references about the satisfaction of the fulfilment of orders in the Register of References on electronic platform and on the website of the Office for Public Procurement. In case of orders financed from the European Union funds, the department submits the documentation from the public procurement to the Project Department and cooperates with it for the purpose of the further approval process.
