Július Varga focuses on the topic of invasive fish species in Middle Europe. He is observing the reproduction ecology of black bullhead (Ameiurus melas). The findings of this research will be important in the field of management and conservation that aims to reduce damage caused by black bullhead in native species, habitats and management in the harmed areas.
