At the initiative of the Rector of the University of Prešov, Dr. h. c. Prof. Peter Kónya, PhD., a working meeting was held with the Rector of Palacký University Olomouc, Assoc. Prof. Michael Kohajda. The main topic of the discussion was the further development of cooperation between the two universities.

The rectors discussed in particular the expansion of academic mobility opportunities for students and staff, the preparation of joint research projects, and the creation of new opportunities for collaboration between the faculties and departments of both institutions. The meeting also addressed the future development and formal framework of mutual cooperation.

The University of Prešov thus continues to strengthen its partnerships with leading universities abroad and to create new opportunities for its students, academics, and researchers.
