The Orthodox Priestly Seminary of the Prešov University in Prešov is one of the university's workplaces, which provides accommodation services for university students and meals for students and the public. Within the framework of pedagogical and spiritual life, he cooperates intensively with the Orthodox Theological Faculty of PU in Prešov and other workplaces of the university.

The Spiritual Center at the Church of St. Jána Bohoslova, whose task according to the statute is to prepare Orthodox youth for studies at the PBF PU, organize seminars for young people preparing to receive the holy mystery of marriage, care for the elderly clergy, as well as other believers and pastoral missions in parishes.
