Abstract

Burnout is devoted to the topic of much attention recently. Increasingly, says the phenomenon of individual variables, and type D personality and its relationship to burnout. Occupation of the priest is among the socionomical occupations that are at greater risk of burnout. At the same time the issue of clergy burnout is paid very little attention. This article is the result of a survey was conducted among priests, and who together spent detects the presence of the priests of that personality type and their possible relationship. In article addition to analyzing the results are the practical recommendations how to prevent of burnout and in particular of behavior of this type.
