The completed and confirmed by the head of the workplace Application for the allocation of login data to FIS VVS for PU employees must be delivered to the university administrator.

The financial information system for public universities (FIS VVŠ) was implemented at the University of Prešov as part of the SOFIA project under the auspices of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic. A consortium of Siemens Business Services, s.r.o. and VARIAS, a.s. became the supplier of the SOFIA project based on a public tender.

FIS VVŠ is based on the SAP R/3 Enterprise system version 4.7 - 2.00., it is operated centrally and users from individual universities connect to it via the SANET academic network.

FIS VVŠ supports the following processes: financial accounting, liabilities and receivables, contact with the bank, cashiers, work trips, budget, managerial accounting - controlling, records and asset management, warehouse management, ordering, business activity, payroll processing.
