She received her Master's degree in Management of Economics and Business, specializing in Human Resources Management, at the Faculty of Management of the University of Prešov in Prešov. In 2013, she completed her internal doctoral studies in the study program Management in the tertiary sector and received the academic title of Philosophiae doctor. She provides teaching of subjects in the field of management, with a primary focus on the field of human resources management. As part of her scientific and research activities, she is particularly dedicated to solving partial problems of human resource management in an international context. She is the co-author of several scientific monographs, scientific articles published in the databases Web of Science, Scopus, Proquest, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus International and others, as well as several contributions from international scientific conferences. As a co-researcher, she participated and is currently participating in several scientific research projects.
