Since 2008 she has been working at the Prešov University, where (among others) she is dedicated to the history of gender studies and social work in research and in teaching, Social work Theory and Ethics in Social Work.

 She participated in several projects (research, education and advocacy) which were devoted to issues of gender equality. As a consultant, she participates in the preparation of the National Strategy to prevent and eliminate violence against women and in families.

 Since 2010 she has been an expert consultant to the Prešov Regional consultation focal point in the National project Gender Equality Institute.

 She is a member of several national and international organizations and institutions. Among others, she is a member of the Commission for Equality and women's status in society at the Parliamentary Committee for Human Rights, Minorities and Women status, where she leads a working group on education, science and research, participates in the work of the Expert Working Group Project 7 of the  Framework Programme, Gendera: Women in Science, she a member of the prestigious international organization, Gender and Education Association, ...
