Abstract
Clement of Rome was very important actor in roman Church. There was a basillica build in Rome in his honour. The authentic facts became convoluted with later self-willed fillings in examination of his life and work, which caused that in present days it is very difficult to separate the thoughts based on hictorical backround.

SUMMARY
Saint Clement, bishop of Rome, in his First letter to Corinthian doesn't advice on base of scientific terms and expressions, but his theology becomes from his own spiritual experience based on faith, prayer, feast and love. His spiritual advices in solving the problem in Church in Corinth are solved with countenance and spiritual authority of bishop, who is turning on Christians in Corinth as loving father. His spiritual authority which was respected even between the pagans, was so great, that he was able to affect life of many people with his living. Christening of 424 people on Passover day is an example. between christened people were people of different states: slaves, monarchs, members of imperial family. Clement of Rome is an example of life and theology of Church in early centuries of her acting in the world. so young Church didn't know dogmatic tractates which are known in era of Ecumenical councils. Church lived by her apprenticeship without more serious need of proofing her faith.
