Abstract

After the baptism of Russia immediately appear first written pastoral lessons. A special place among them is "The Word of Law and Blessing by Metropolitan of Kiev Ilarion". He proposes a quirky historical concept. Law - it's what God gave to people through the mouth of Moses, and blessing comes with Jesus Christ. Ilarion defends the idea of equality of nations front blessing, he considered about the place of Russian nation between them. With special love Ilarion celebrates Prince Vladimir, the Baptist of Russia.
