Abstract
This article talks about the christological and soteriological aspect of the theology of St. Clement. Its main theme is death and resurrection of Jesus Christ which is an outline of salvation of man. St. Clement speaks about forgiving of sins, about spiritual life, immortality and liberation from the power of the devil. Christ is not only a teacher, but the God, who discovers the truth to a man. Theology of St. Clement of Rome contains a distinct shade from eternal iconomy of salvation in accordance with God's plan.
